LSEG's RTDS (Real-Time Distribution System) is an Enterprise level real-time Financial Market Data Distribution System (formerly known as TREP (Thomson Reuters Enterprise Platform)).
Bank is using this system / service for Market data collection and interactions.

To manage, design and provide Level 3 support for the RTDS platform globally.
To respond to faults and requests for change, including delivery of new products and services.
Ensure all issues are resolved and SNOW tickets are updated in a timely fashion.
Ensure all RTDS platform elements are operated within their defined capacity specifications and to conduct and evaluate performance testing relevant to the capacity and configuration of the platform.
Co-ordinate with other service providers/teams to undertake planned activities.
To ensure compliance with the banks security protocols and to comply with audit or regulatory RFI's within the stipulated timeframe.
To ensure that all identified vulnerabilities are addressed within the stipulated timescale.
Ensure backup and contingency plans are adequate and reflect current requirement of business and bank standards and that these plans are tested at the frequency required by the Banks' recovery and resilience policies.
Ensure that the RTDS service meets the terms and conditions as defined in the Service Level Agreement.
To review & fine-tune the existing processes, guidelines, and procedures used the manage the RTDS platform by comparing with the industry best practice.
To evaluate the technology solutions delivered by business and IS and develop the acceptance criteria and process for the interoperability and supportability of the solutions.
To ensure that technical solutions proposed satisfy both the immediate and long-term needs of the business and ensure adherence with the Group's technical and security standards in all aspects of the team's activities.
To assist in new implementations or upgrades to existing systems, including project management, project tracking and project status reporting.
To maintain an expert knowledge within the team of technology and industry trends in relation to business requirements, and the direction of the Group.
Must have
Bachelor's degree or above in computer-related majors, 4 years or above of experience in IT or FM field is required.
L3 technical or Production Support experience is required.
