Provides support in daily HR related activities
Preparation, organization of materials and files related to HR projects, key information and day to day activities
Responsible for data entry process and reporting in compliance with SOX regulations in LuxStaff. This includes: entering all new hires into the systems, completing transfers, managing terminations, vacations
Updating employee records in the HR systems such as transfers, promotions, terminations, vacations
Maintaining all employee files up to date according to local regulations
Preparing various certificates for the employees, upon request
Scanning personnel documents, archiving them and sending them to employees for signing
Auditing personnel files in accordance with local legislation and internal norms
Informational support from beginning to end of relocation for employee and manager
Active coordination of relocation activities: ensure that employee and delivery manager timely provide the required information for visa obtaining, perform verification of data to ensure its consistency and correctness
Liaising with Immigration providers
Ensure smooth progress, Specialist is responsible for reaching out and trying to resolve the issue or take corrective action throughout the relocation process
Update internal parties on any issues/changes to Immigration requirements, regulations, or visa process
Resolves complex queries which involve a detailed explanation of Relocation policy, processes, or procedures
Collecting and returning sensitive original documents (E.g. passports)

Labor law, HR Policies and Procedures,Proactive, Result orientation, Organizational Management, Microsoft Office 365, Task manager
