Responsibilities

-Develop and communicate the test strategy, Test Plan.

-Track and prepare the report of testing activities.

-Create test processes and procedures, templates and provide them to the testing team. Keeps all documents up to date.

-Bring improvements to the testing process.

-Responsible for defining a defect management process.

-Enforce adherence to the company's Quality processes and procedures.

-Ensure the timely delivery of different testing milestones.

-Continuous monitoring, mentoring and training of Testing team members.

bullet icon

-Support a positive work environment that promotes customer service, quality, innovation and teamwork. Motivate team.

-Establish effective communication with the Functional testing team.

-Prepares/updates the metrics dashboard.

bullet icon

-Create the necessary reports and make reviews for the prepared reports from the test engineers.

-Development of the tracking of defined software testing activities, including monitoring of these test activities.

-Development of dashboards in Jira or in Confluence.

-Routing of all relevant information to the relevant interfaces such as project management, integration management, error management, steering test management, etc.

-Coordination with the senior test manager of Customer (Steering Test Manager) regarding project-relevant specifications or, if necessary, changes to project-relevant specifications (e.g. functional experience/function availability, etc.)

-Monitoring and supporting the feature teams with regard to ensuring all necessary prerequisites and all required test resources in coordination with integration management.

-Checking for completeness of the functional scope on the basis of the project plan (portfolio).

-Assistance in creating and updating timelines.

-Supervision of the feature team test teams with regard to the timely completion of all relevant test activities regarding the defined software test activities.

-Supervision and technical support of the feature team test teams with regard to test case creation regarding the defined software test activities, based on applicable guidelines.

-Supervision and technical support of the feature team test teams with regard to test case execution regarding defined software testing activities, based on applicable guidelines.

-Tracking of all relevant software, requirements and test artifacts for quality, consistency and bi-directional traceability between test and requirement artifacts or other attributes defined by applicable guidelines.

-Escalation of critical deviations and steering to the appropriate committees.

-Tracking of the results of the defined software test activities at ART & team level, including ensuring completeness and availability.

-Tracking and communication of defects and blockers, defined software test activities at ART & team level to the relevant interfaces such as project management, integration management, error management, steering test management, etc.

-Regular reporting of all results achieved in the course of defined software testing activities at ART & team level based on applicable guidelines

Participation in discussions and presentations regarding the defined software testing activities at ART & team level with all stakeholders in coordination with the senior test manager of Customer (Steering Test Manager)

-Conducting regular coordination meetings with all relevant feature team test teams.

-Conduct lessons learned from a test management perspective for the project scopes with the Feature Team Test Team.

-Regular status reports and coordination with Customer's Steering Test Manager.

-Support in the creation, elaboration and adaptation of test strategies.

Skills

Must have

-Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Academic degree.

-Working experience in IT 5 years min.

-Test Management experience.

-Jira / Confluence administration

Advanced or Expert.

-English level Proficient C1

-Proven experience in testing in Automotive domains.

-Advanced understanding of testing life-cycle.

-Advanced experience in test processes.

-Excellent understanding of the different testing levels and their scope.

-Excellent understanding of the testing types and testing techniques.

-Understanding and proven track record of experience working in SW development management.

-Understanding of Automation strategies.

-Good understanding of software development methodologies (Waterfall, V-Model, Agile, Lean development)

-Good understanding of ASPICE best practices to ensure manageability, reliability, and deliverables.
