Within the Wealth Management IT Hub Ops Division, the Senior Business Analyst (SBA) will lead business analysis activities focused on their expertise in TEMENOS T24/TRANSACT. This role covers the International Wealth Management operations in Europe and Asia.

The Corporate Actions Business Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for Corporate Actions functionality, including Mandatory Corporate Actions, Voluntary Corporate Actions, withholding taxes for Corporate Action payments, and the management of standing instructions for Corporate Actions processing.

Additionally, the role involves designing and supporting the implementation of Derivatives and Structured Products functionality within the Temenos Transact (T24) core banking system.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities The main missions of the SBA will be to:

Acts as a key conduit between Front Office, Operations, Finance, Compliance and Tax, focusing on STP, process efficiency and recommendation of industry practices.

Experienced in driving PLWs and able to advise new processes for new Transact applications, preferably with implementation experience.

bullet icon

Gathers and documents Transact-focused requirements and translates operational/business needs into functional specifications. Experience in writing a BRD/FSD is a MUST.

Analyses gaps in functionality and processes across European and Asian sites and proposing solutions to converge and align them into a common design, respecting WMIS standards and allowing for mutualization / reuse as much as possible between sites.

Ensures all requirements are approached from a global perspective for all sites. Specific solution should only be considered to address regulatory, tax or accounting specific requirements.

Provides SME support for corporate actions processing (in line with market standards and regulatory requirements),

Mandatory events (dividends, splits/reverse splits, mergers, redemptions)

bullet icon

Voluntary events (tenders, rights issues, dividend options, dividend reinvestment, conversions)

Complex Events (re-organisations, multiple option events)

bullet icon

Ensures correct handling of Elections and Deadlines, Entitlements and Allocations, Tax, FX and cash/stock movements.

Support configuration of Event Templates, Election Rules, Standing Instructions and Market Specific Rules

Understands custody, fund accounting or securities operations

bullet icon

Analyse impact of corporate actions on open trades and settled positions

bullet icon

Knowledge of SWIFT MT564-566 and/or ISO 20022 messages

bullet icon

Collaborate with our Vendor (Temenos) and/or Integrator for the implementation project, and enable our internal team to acquire knowledge and deep expertise on Temenos Transact product.

Contribute with/without our Integrator to the definition of use cases for Integration tests with testing team and for User Acceptance Test with end users. The SBA will be the privileged contact for user representatives during the analysis and project phases, and will be responsible for all standard business analysis tasks such as:

Preliminary studies and analysis (including leading user workshops)

Cost estimation and planning elaboration and follow-up

Organize and run dedicated meetings or committees, as required

bullet icon

Identify and report on project risks, attention points and issues to follow-up

Requirements and general functional specifications (GFS): Coordination of workshops, minutes, writing GFS, Review and validation with Sponsors, Presentation and support to Dev Team, etc

Coordinate with all teams, from same division or other divisions, working on the same project

bullet icon

Plan the migration strategy and change management activities related to these new projects

Coordinate, supervise and contribute to Users Acceptance Tests (UAT) related to new implementations and support user sign-offs.

Ensure the good relationship with business sponsors and stakeholders on each location

Skills

Must have

Technical skills :

At least 12 years of experience in Banking Industry, as a Business Analyst and/or as a "hands-on" Project Manager.

Expert knowledge and experience on TEMENOS T24/TRANSACT Core Banking platform for Wealth Management, understand the various flows and functions, familiar with system parameterization and configuration, specifically in the area of Temenos Transact Corporation Actions Modules (including Withholding taxes, Fees setup, accounting and regulatory reporting impacts, etc)

Proficiency in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Functional & System Integration testing of banking and financial applications.

Fluent in investigation and testing techniques (Data Analysis, SQL, API, etc). Corporate Actions Expertise: Strong knowledge of life-cycles (mandatory, voluntary, complex events) and custody/fund accounting operations. Temenos Transact (T24): Deep experience with modules like SECURITY, CORPORATE.ACTIONS, POSITION, STMT.ENTRY, ACCOUNTING; Shared Services management advantageous. Messaging & Interfaces: Proficiency in SWIFT MT564-566, ISO 20022, and market data feeds (Bloomberg, Six Telekurs). Requirements & Documentation: Skilled in producing BRDs/FRDs, functional specs, and conducting workshops, interviews, and workflow analysis. Analytical & Product Management: Strong problem-solving, ability to challenge requirements, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and manage product requirements. Testing & Support: Hands-on UAT and production support experience. System Integration: Understanding of STP flows and integrations (CFT, MQ, Kafka). Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal/written skills; liaise between business, tech, and support teams; establish technical vision. Work Ethic & Agility: Self-driven, detail-oriented, able to work independently or in teams, manage multiple priorities under pressure, and maintain high service standards. Soft skills:
