We are hiring Temenos T24/Transact professionals to support a global universal bank on a portfolio of enhancement and transformation initiatives.
The engagement involves working on ongoing platform improvements, functional enhancements, and targeted transformation programs across the Temenos landscape.
Team members will collaborate with distributed stakeholders, contribute to stable long-term programs, and work within a mature banking environment that values structured delivery, quality, and domain depth.

Responsibilities

Reliability & Scalability:

Design and execute scalability, performance, and reliability testing for Transact environments

Identify system bottlenecks and recommend architectural and configuration improvements

Support high‑availability, disaster recovery, and resilience strategies

Define and monitor SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs for Transact services

Security & Data Protection:

Implement and validate data encryption mechanisms (at rest and in transit)

Design and support data anonymization/masking solutions for non‑production environments

Ensure compliance with internal security standards and regulatory requirements

Implement and maintain authentication and authorization controls

Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement cybersecurity controls, vulnerability remediation, and security hardening

Monitoring, Logging & Observability:

Design and maintain logging and monitoring frameworks for Transact applications

Enable proactive alerting, incident detection, and root cause analysis

Improve system observability to support faster incident resolution and reduced MTTR

Support production readiness and operational reviews

Operational Excellence:

Support production issues with a focus on automation, prevention, and reliability improvement

Participate in incident management, post‑incident reviews, and reliability improvements

Drive automation for monitoring, testing, and operational tasks

Work closely with developers to ensure SRE best practices are embedded in the SDLC

Skills

Must have

Overall 8+ years of experience as SRE and relevant 5+ years in Transact SRE

Strong experience working on Temenos Transact (T24) platforms

Hands‑on experience in:

Scalability and reliability testing

Logging and monitoring frameworks

Authentication and authorization mechanisms

Cybersecurity controls and security hardening

Experience implementing:

Data encryption

Data anonymization/masking

Strong understanding of production support and reliability engineering principles

Nice to have

Experience working as an SRE, Platform Engineer, or DevOps engineer in banking platforms

Knowledge of non‑functional requirements (NFRs) in core banking systems

Experience supporting 24x7 mission‑critical systems

Exposure to regulatory and audit requirements related to security and availability

Automation and scripting experience for operational tasks
