We are currently seeking a Technical Scrum Lead to help support our Banking Project in its continued transformation journey.

Responsibilities
bullet icon

Understand project scope, goals, and deliverables of the Project.

bullet icon

Effectively communicate project requirements to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion by identifying and managing project dependencies and critical path.

bullet icon

Help stakeholders to plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.

bullet icon

Monitor, track and provide outward communication for improved transparency on teams progress against their delivery goals for product releases.

bullet icon

Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

bullet icon

Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.

bullet icon

Drive and lead the scrum activities for the scrum teams within the ongoing sprints.

bullet icon

Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.

bullet icon

Implement process improvements inside teams.

bullet icon

Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least one year for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.

bullet icon

Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and transparency.

bullet icon

Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team.

Overall Experience of 8+ years along with at least 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master in Banking Domain.

bullet icon

Intermediate-level knowledge in Python.

bullet icon

Extensive experience in CI/CD Pipeline Management across Dev, SIT, UAT, Pre-Prod, and Production environments.

bullet icon

Good knowledge of Code Coverage practices, testing strategies, and quality metrics to ensure adherence to engineering standards and Definition of Done (DoD).

bullet icon

Good understanding of SDLC preferably who has worked in technical role(BA,Dev,Tester) in previous projects with strong time, cost and value management.

Experience in using Jira and other Agile development tools.

bullet icon

Experienced in working with globally spread cross-functional and multicultural teams.

bullet icon

Able to do excellent demos/presentations.

bullet icon

Experience in managing onshore/offshore teams and able to resolve any roadblocks and work or team conflicts.

bullet icon

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

bullet icon

Understand incremental deliveries and value of metrics, schedules,capacity and milestone tracking.

bullet icon

Familiar with common agile practices, service-oriented environments.
