We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead Cloud Migration initiatives for a global enterprise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile delivery and project management, with proven experience managing end-to-end cloud migration programs. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, engineering teams, solution architects, and third-party vendors to ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of cloud transformation projects.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end cloud migration projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality objectives.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Remove impediments and enable Agile teams to deliver efficiently while promoting Agile best practices.

bullet icon

Define project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.

bullet icon

Coordinate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, infrastructure, and engineering teams to drive successful cloud migration initiatives.

Monitor project progress, manage RAID logs, and provide regular status updates to senior leadership.

bullet icon

Ensure effective stakeholder communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Track project metrics, team velocity, and delivery performance to drive continuous improvement.

Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate activities across multiple workstreams.

Support release planning, change management, and governance activities.

Skills

Must have

bullet icon

6+ years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager.

bullet icon

Proven experience managing Cloud Migration or Cloud Transformation projects.

bullet icon

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and project management best practices.

bullet icon

Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across business and technology functions.

bullet icon

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.

Experience in project planning, risk management, dependency tracking, budgeting, and reporting.

bullet icon

Hands-on experience using Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.

Self-driven, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), PMP, or SAFe certifications.

Experience working in enterprise-scale cloud transformation programs.
