This role focuses on managing and supporting Workday Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, including requisition, procurement, and invoice workflows. The candidate will collaborate with Operations, Warehouse, and Procurement stakeholders, handle O&M activities (access requests, incidents, enhancements), and contribute to Workday bi-annual upgrades. Additional responsibilities include working with marketplace applications and troubleshooting Workday integrations.
Manage and support Workday SCM workflows (Requisition, Procurement, Invoices).
Collaborate with Supply Chain stakeholders (Operations, Warehouse, Procurement).
Handle O&M activities: access requests, incidents, service requests, enhancements, and projects.
Contribute to Workday bi-annual upgrades: testing, deployment, and post-upgrade support.
Work with marketplace applications like GHX/Prodigo and systems like ParEx.
Troubleshoot Workday integrations, run and debug EIBs.
Document processes, configurations, and SOPs.
Must have
5+ years of Workday Supply Chain expertise.
Hands-on experience with Requisition, Procurement, and Invoice workflows.
Strong stakeholder management across Supply Chain functions.
Experience in O&M support and Workday upgrade cycles.Experience with marketplace applications (GHX, Prodigo).
Familiarity with ParEx system.
Good understanding of Workday integrations and ability to troubleshoot EIBs.
Nice to have
Knowledge of Workday Finance.
Exposure to integration troubleshooting and reporting tools.
Familiarity with cloud ERP best practices.
