We are seeking an experienced Digital Technical Business Analyst (Tech BA) to support large-scale digital transformation initiatives within Online and Mobile Banking platforms. The role requires strong analytical capability, hands-on technical proficiency (including SQL), and the ability to operate effectively within complex, enterprise-level digital programs. The ideal candidate combines structured requirement management with technical depth, stakeholder influence, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Business & Technical Analysis
Elicit, analyze, and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
Produce high-quality BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data mapping documents.
Follow and manage end-to-end process flows, ensuring traceability from requirements through deployment.
Data & System Analysis
VERY IMPORTANT
Write and validate SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and reconciliation.
Perform data mapping across upstream and downstream systems.
Support data migration activities, including legacy-to-target system transitions.
Conduct impact assessments for system integrations and data changes.
Digital Banking Domain Delivery
VERY IMPORTANT
Work on Online Banking and Mobile App initiatives.
Contribute to large-scale digital transformation programs involving multi-system integration.
Support features related to:
Secure messaging
Document management
Customer communications
Regulatory and compliance-driven changes
Agile Delivery & Governance
Operate within a SCRUM framework, actively participating in:
Sprint planning
Backlog grooming
Daily stand-ups
Sprint reviews
Retrospectives
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA, and Business Stakeholders.
Ensure requirements are testable, measurable, and aligned with business outcomes.
Stakeholder Management & Leadership
Proactively engage with business and technology stakeholders.
Challenge assumptions constructively and propose alternative, value-driven solutions.
Facilitate workshops and walkthrough sessions.
Manage ambiguity in large enterprise environments.
Must have
6-10+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
Strong experience in Digital Banking programs (large-scale enterprise initiatives preferred).
Proven experience in:
Online Banking platforms
Mobile application delivery
Secure messaging systems
Document management solutions
Hands-on experience writing complex SQL queries.
Demonstrated experience in data migration and system transformation programs.
Strong understanding of end-to-end banking processes.
Technical Skills
SQL (mandatory)
Data Mapping & Data Lineage documentation
System Integration Analysis
API understanding (preferred)
Agile/SCRUM delivery frameworks
Requirement traceability tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, ALM)
