We are looking for a highly skilled, data-driven professional who can operate at the intersection of data analysis, delivery management, and business requirements. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable owning complex data workstreams while also guiding projects through both Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks. You will play a key role in shaping data insights, supporting data infrastructure initiatives, and ensuring that data requirements are fully understood, documented, and delivered.

Responsibilities

Perform deep-dive data analysis to support strategic decision-making, solution design, regulatory reporting, and operational efficiency.

Translate raw data into clear insights, visuals, and recommendations for stakeholders.

Work closely with data engineering and architecture teams to understand data models, data flows, and dependencies across systems.

bullet icon

Contribute to the design and improvement of data infrastructure, including data pipelines, integration points, and quality controls.

Define data requirements, data mapping, and data validation criteria for new initiatives or system enhancements.

bullet icon

Support data quality assessments, lineage documentation, and issue resolution.

bullet icon

Lead delivery of data-related workstreams, coordinating across business, technology, and data teams.

Run Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives) as well as Waterfall governance where applicable.

Own RAID management, workstream planning, sprint reporting, and delivery tracking focused on data milestones.

Elicit, document, and validate business and data requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic data objectives.

Proactively identify risks or blockers related to data sourcing, data quality, or infrastructure constraints.

Skills

Must have

bullet icon

Strong experience in data analysis, including data exploration, profiling, and interpretation.

bullet icon

Proficiency with analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI tools) to extract, manipulate, and interpret datasets.

bullet icon

Ability to operate in a hybrid role combining PM, BA, and Scrum Master capabilities within data-centric projects.

bullet icon

Proven experience facilitating delivery using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

bullet icon

Solid high-level understanding of data infrastructure, including data pipelines, storage layers, integration patterns, and data governance principles.

bullet icon

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

Experience with Avaloq or other core banking/wealth/data platforms.

bullet icon

Familiarity with cloud-based data environments or modern data architectures.
