• Define & manage overall E2E test strategy covering Functional, Integration, Security, and Data Migration testing.
• Develop detailed test plans, timelines, and resource allocation for multiple workstreams.
• Establish governance for defect management, risk identification, and mitigation.
• Oversee creation of test scenarios and scripts for Workday modules/functional areas (HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Talent, Security, Workforce Planning, and Integrations).
• Coordinate execution of Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing.
• Manage testing of Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, APIs) and downstream systems.
• Validate data migration accuracy and reconciliation across environments.
• Liaise with business teams, HRIT, implementation partners, and vendors to ensure alignment.
• Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and readiness metrics to leadership.
• Prepare test summary reports with coverage, defect trends, and go-live readiness.

Skills

Must have

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.

bullet icon

Proven experience in managing E2E testing for large Workday implementations.

bullet icon

Over 10+ years of Workday testing (functional and integration), preferably with Workday

bullet icon

Familiarity with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and API testing.

bullet icon

Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and regression testing.

bullet icon

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

bullet icon

Strong leadership and project management skills, encompassing planning, scheduling, and risk management.

bullet icon

Experience with Workday implementation projects that had PeopleSoft as the legacy system is preferred.
