We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a transformation program within digital banking. The role requires strong core business analysis skills, including stakeholder engagement, requirements elicitation, process analysis, solution definition, and delivery support. You will work across business and technology teams to translate strategic objectives into practical, well-documented solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead business analysis activities across discovery, definition, and delivery phases for complex change initiatives.

Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather, challenge, and validate business requirements.

Document current-state and future-state processes, business rules, assumptions, dependencies, and exceptions.

bullet icon

Translate business needs into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices.

bullet icon

Partner with product, technology, operations, and compliance teams to ensure solutions are aligned to business objectives.

bullet icon

Support solution design by assessing options, identifying impacts, and clarifying business and functional requirements.

bullet icon

Analyse data, process, and system interactions to support integration, reporting, and operational readiness.

Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies early and work with stakeholders to resolve issues proactively.

Support testing, defect triage, UAT coordination, and business sign-off to ensure quality delivery.

Contribute to change impact assessment, process improvement, and implementation planning for business readiness.

Skills

Must have

5+ years of extensive experience as a Business Analyst in complex transformation financial service applications.

bullet icon

Experience working with mini apps, microservices, and API-led integration requirements within financial services.

bullet icon

Basic understanding of customer onboarding workflows, compliance processes, and process lifecycle management.

bullet icon

Strong capability in requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder management, and documentation.

bullet icon

Experience translating business requirements into clear functional specifications and delivery artefacts.

bullet icon

Strong Agile delivery experience, including user stories, backlog refinement, and UAT support.

bullet icon

Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills across business and technology teams.

bullet icon

Exposure to digital banking, financial services, or enterprise platforms.

Nice to have

Exposure to onboarding, workflow automation, or customer journey redesign.

Experience working with APIs, data migration, or enterprise integration projects.
