Work with Front Office, Compliance, Operations, Technology, Risk and other stakeholders to define the target-state REMIT operating model.
Define and prioritise remediation actions and workstreams, supporting the development of an actionable implementation roadmap.
Support and, where appropriate, lead remediation through design, implementation and closure, ensuring recommendations are translated into sustainable operational processes.
Review areas such as transaction and fundamental data reporting, market conduct/market abuse controls, inside information and disclosure obligations, where applicable to the client's activities.
Define business requirements and support changes to processes, controls, data and systems required to achieve compliance.
Produce appropriate documentation and evidence to support internal governance, Compliance and audit/regulatory reviews.
Coordinate across branches to drive a consistent approach to REMIT compliance while recognising legitimate local or business-specific requirements.
