Senior AUTOSAR Adaptive Software Developer

This opening is for an ADAS Domain Controller project for a prestigious OEM, where Luxoft is working with the OEM teams to deliver a next-generation Platform solution based on AUTOSAR Classic, AUTOSAR Adaptive and QNX working together as a system interacting with a host of cameras, ultrasound sensors, internal and external Radars.
DXC Luxoft is collaborating on Signal and Service Management, Diagnostics, SW Update, Vehicle Config, QNX/Middleware and Software Architecture areas with the OEM directly. We are expected to deliver quality and expert support in the area of Health Management, responsible for monitoring the health of ADAS systems, detecting faults, and initiating safe reactions to ensure reliable operation. This includes fault monitoring, detection, diagnostics, reporting, and safe reaction handling across the system’s ECUs and communication interfaces, drive topics independently, liaise with other OEM stakeholders to remove blockers.
The ideal candidate needs to have endless curiosity and can pair a global mindset with locally relevant execution. You should be a gritty problem solver, never give up attitude and a self-starter who can think of out-of-box solution. The successful candidate will be a team player, display a balance of hard and soft skills, including the ability to respond quickly to Client's changing needs.
Contribute to architecture definition, design of health management control strategy for ECUs in AUTOSAR according to customer quality compliance and safety standard ISO26262
SW Functional Safety & Software FMEA
Development of components using C++ programming
Development and integration of Adaptive AUTOSAR and Linux application
Create and develop concepts for in-vehicle communication (using a service-oriented approach) and Diagnostics
Implement POCs/functional tests
Must have
Minimum 6 years of experience in developing software for Linux-based embedded systems for Automotive product.
Ability to capture stakeholder diagnostics requirements and to drive Health Management strategies and design activities
Minimum 4 years' experience in Adaptive AUTOSAR
Good understanding of Adaptive software clusters
Ability to analyse system and software level requirements for Health Management
Autosar Classic & Adaptive experience
Proven experience in Software Design and requirement definition
Good relevant experience in Automotive Sector
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Track record as an effective team player with strong interpersonal skills
Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred
Nice to have
Modern C++ knowledge (C++11 or C++14) is a big plus.
Contribution to Adaptive AUTOSAR development for consortium.
To stand out from crowd:
Knowledge of Automotive domain and various ECUs like ADAS/AD(Advance Driver Assistant System/Autonomous Driving), Infotainment, Cockpit and TCU(Telematics Control Unit)
Developing software for classic AUTOSAR.
