Project description

The Securitization Technology team delivers and operates platforms that support the end-to-end lifecycle of securitization transactions, enabling funding, risk transfer, regulatory compliance, and reporting for the bank.
We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Senior Scrum Master who acts as the operational leader of one or more Agile teams.
This is not a traditional Scrum Master role focused only on facilitating ceremonies. We need a person who takes ownership of delivery, drives execution, identifies risks early, removes blockers, challenges the status quo, and creates transparency across all stakeholders.

The successful candidate will operate with a CEO mindset for their teams:
• Own outcomes, not activities.
• Drive accountability and execution.
• Escalate risks before they become issues.
• Build high-performing teams.
• Ensure commitments are delivered.
• Continuously improve ways of working.
