Responsibilities

Testing responsibilities would include, but not limited to:

contribution to creation of a Test Design Document (TDD) and own testing outcomes at the project level

bullet icon

Interaction with all up and downstream parties involved in testing

bullet icon

Knowledge in technical environments such as SQL, XML, Unix, Windows

bullet icon

Knowledge in CI tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps and others

bullet icon

Strong understanding of version control systems such as GIT.

Experience with automation tools and scripting languages.

Knowledge in capital market is a plus.

Experience in the Software Engineering Industry, Software Quality & Testing, Test Management is a plus.

Build and manage personal Test schedule

Manage and resolve testing conflicts

Work closely with the analysis team to ensure clear testable acceptance criteria are part of the defined requirements

Ensure that we have full traceability of test cases back to requirements

bullet icon

Ensure that we understand test coverage at each stage

bullet icon

Plan the project test strategy, within the guidelines + constraints of the program test strategy

bullet icon

Define the project test environment requirements, and work with the Environments

bullet icon

Configuration Management team to ensure that those environments are delivered

bullet icon

Define the project test data strategy, and prepare common test data (working with the program test data lead)

Ensure that regression and automation tests are delivered along with (or asap after) the code release, and incorporated into future test phases including regression testing

Participate in Quality Assurance reviews as required

Interface with governance via the Delivery Management Meeting and Functional Management meeting

Work with Program Management to plan and flex tester capacity and skills to meet project needs
