Project description

This initiative is a strategic transformation program within a leading financial services organization, aimed at shifting from traditional file-based data distribution (PDF, CSV, XML via SFTP/portal) to a modern API-driven and AI-enabled data platform.
Currently, data is delivered through static, batch-generated reports (T+1), resulting in delays, operational inefficiencies, and limited usability. The program introduces a new architecture based on APIs and a Model Context Protocol (MCP) façade, enabling:

Real-time, programmatic access to data
AI-driven and conversational data consumption
Elimination of fragile, file-based processes
Improved scalability, performance, and overall client experience

Responsibilities
