You will work across the full software delivery lifecycle, from early scoping and planning through detailed analysis, functional specification, and close collaboration with technology teams to deliver effective business solutions.

Shape business cases and delivery priorities with stakeholders and the Product Owner.
Define and evolve enterprise document taxonomy, metadata standards, and governance controls across business divisions to support consistent classification, ownership, access, retrieval, update, and lifecycle management.
Identify the full range of business requirements and translate them into clear business and functional specifications for solution development and implementation.
Design and support the development of optimal target state business processes aligned with DMS capabilities and business objectives.
Manage and maintain the product backlog while contributing to roadmaps that support solution development and implementation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align DMS capabilities with compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements.
Support the design of integrations with upstream and downstream systems through API-based services.
Align with key stakeholder groups, including business stakeholders, Project Management, Software Engineering, platform owners, and control functions, to support the identification, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of solutions.
Drive continuous improvement of DMS capabilities, including classification accuracy and lifecycle automation.
Must have
Strong experience with document management systems, content repositories, or enterprise document processing platforms.
Strong understanding of enterprise document taxonomy, metadata frameworks, and governance models that improve classification, discoverability, and consistency across business domains.
Good understanding of document access models, role-based permissions, retrieval and update controls, and related information security requirements within enterprise document management environments.
At least 5 years of experience in business and functional analysis or a similar role.
Proven experience working in complex project environments or transformational programmes, with the ability to apply appropriate business analysis methodologies.
Excellent analysis skills, including business process modelling, target state process design, functional specification, and data modelling.
Experience working on large-scale IT initiatives involving document processing, storage platforms, or enterprise data systems; experience in banking is an advantage.
Strong understanding of document lifecycle concepts, including classification, retention, retrieval, and controlled change.
Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and testing support, together with a solid understanding of API fundamentals.
Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and API-driven architecture.
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build effective professional relationships and challenge unclear requirements constructively.
Fluency in English; German is an advantage.
