We are seeking an experienced AEM Cloud Specialist to support our authoring team and ensure seamless content management workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), CRX/DE repository management, and translation connector integration. This role requires a mix of technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Authoring Support
Assist marketing content authors with AEM Cloud tools, templates, and workflows.
Troubleshoot authoring issues and provide best practices for content creation and publishing.
Managing blueprints, live copies, and rollout workflows.
Managing content and experience fragments, DAM assets
Adobe Scene7
AEM Cloud Administration
Manage and configure AEM Cloud environments, including dispatcher caching and replication settings.
CRX/DE Repository Management
Navigate and manage JCR nodes, permissions, and versioning using CRX/DE.
Optimize repository structures for performance and scalability.
Translation Connector Integration
Configure and maintain translation connectors for multilingual content workflows.
Collaborate with localization teams to streamline translation processes and ensure accuracy.
Continuous Integration & Deployment
Work with CI/CD pipelines for AEM deployments, including SDK upgrades and stability checks.
Support automated testing (unit and integration) for AEM components and services.
Collaboration & Documentation
Partner with development and authoring teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides for internal use.

Must have
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Expertise
Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Cloud Service.
Proficiency in CRX/DE, OSGi, Sling, and AEM component development.
Knowledge of translation connectors, APIs, and multilingual site structures.
Soft Skills
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Strong communication skills to support authoring teams and collaborate across departments.
