About the Role
One Analytic Engineer will be responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining Payment Integrity product delivery and CAP analytic products to support the Audit Pick Project.
Design and implement scalable and secure system and data architectures leveraging Azure, AWS, and Hadoop ecosystems.
Develop architecture blueprints for large-scale data integration, processing, and analytics pipelines.
Define cloud and big data strategy, including data modeling, ETL workflows, and integration with enterprise tools.
Provide architectural guidance on Spark, Kafka, Hive, and related big data frameworks for batch and streaming workloads.
Oversee development and deployment of applications across hybrid environments (Azure Databricks, AWS EMR).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical architecture.
Ensure compliance with performance, scalability, and data security standards (HIPAA, SOC2).
Mentor engineering teams on architectural best practices and technology adoption.

Azure | AWS | Hadoop | Spark | Kafka | Databricks | Hive | Scala | Python | Java | SQL | DevOps (Git, Jenkins, Ansible, Docker)
Mandatory Skills Description:
Azure & AWS: Proven experience in designing cloud-native solutions, including Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, EC2, S3, RDS, and related services.
Hadoop & Big Data: Expertise in Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, Hive, Spark, Kafka, Oozie, NiFi) for large-scale data processing and architecture design.
Programming Languages: Strong command of Scala, Python, and Java for application development, Spark jobs, and custom UDFs.
DevOps Tools: Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, Ansible, and Docker for automated deployments.
Data Architecture & Modeling: Deep understanding of ETL workflows, data modeling, schema design, and data migration strategies.
Nice to have
Nice-to-Have Skills Description:
Experience with Cassandra, HBase, and NoSQL data modeling.
Familiarity with Machine Learning model deployment using Databricks and PySpark.
Knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau and Splunk for dashboarding and monitoring.
Experience implementing security frameworks and compliance in cloud-based environments.
Exposure to OLAP systems, performance optimization, and large dataset management.
Exceptional communication skills.
Ability to deliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude.
