What are your main responsibilities at Luxoft Malaysia?
My primary responsibility is ensuring that our project team adheres to the processes and meets the various requirements set by our customer. This involves a range of activities, including developing and implementing compliance protocols, conducting regular reviews to ensure all team activities align with client expectations, and addressing any issues that may arise in a timely manner.
Tell us about your average day at work.
Given the dynamic nature of overseeing a project team's work, my days are quite varied and can't be easily encapsulated into a typical routine. However, a significant portion of each day is dedicated to communication, both internally with team members and externally with the customer. This includes daily check-ins, progress meetings and addressing any concerns or queries that arise. Apart from these interactions, I engage in planning activities to set short-term and long-term goals for the project, and I also spend time on reporting, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed about the project's status and any critical issues.
