My main responsibility is connecting the company with new parts of the world, adapting to local landscapes and ensuring smooth operations as the company grows globally. This involves setting up new offices, hiring local staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring everything aligns with the broader company goals.
Tell us about your average day at work.
My day can be incredibly varied, reflecting the complexity and excitement of operating across international markets which requires a mix of detailed oversight, strategic thinking and global awareness. I can break my day down into a few main areas — looking at important operational issues that require quick assessment of the situation and making informed decisions, studying new market trends, competitive activities or potential opportunities for expansion and meetings with stakeholders from different lines of business, corporate functions and external parties.
What do you value most about Luxoft?
I truly value working in a global team which is a unique, enriching experience. It's a daily dive into a pool of diverse perspectives, where professional growth is intertwined with cultural learning.
