The Luxoft Referral Program empowers you to connect your talented IT friends with great career opportunities by referring them to Luxoft. It’s also a great way for you to earn a nice reward.
Starting April 1, 2020, the Luxoft Referral Program will no longer be open to non-employees, except for Private Entrepreneurs in Ukraine and Poland, who provide services to Luxoft. All referrals submitted before April 1, 2020 will be handled based on old rules.
Both internal reference providers (Luxoft employees) and external reference providers (non-Luxoft employees) can participate if not prohibited from doing so by local laws.
Please note: if you are not a Luxoft employee, we will only accept references from countries where the Luxoft referral program is in effect - Russia, Ukraine, Romania, Poland, Mexico, Vietnam, and the USA. Within Bulgaria, Germany, the UK, Switzerland, Malaysia, Australia, Canada, South Africa, India, China, Singapore, Sweden, the UAE, and Italy, this program only applies to Luxoft employees. If you work anywhere else, we are unable to guarantee the payment of referral bonuses.
The Referral Platform is a simple and convenient tool that lets you send referrals to Luxoft and become an authorized member of the Luxoft referral program.
Making just one recommendation using the referral web form is enough to register your profile. It gives you the opportunity to track your personal records, the status of each recommendation, and keeps you up-to-date on all referral program news, benefits, and rules.

In order to be credited, the reference should be submitted to the Recruitment Team via the Referral Platform before the start of the recruitment process.
The reference will only be accepted and credited if the referred person has neither been involved in the recruitment process nor referred by someone else within the three months preceding the reference. Please be advised that the company may refuse to admit the person you’ve referred to the interviewing process without further clarification.

Please note that we only pay bonuses for positions at the following levels:
Bonuses will be paid in full three months after your candidate's three-month term in the company is finished.
Please note that referral bonuses are determined and paid in accordance with the internal policy adopted in the relevant country. Payment of the referral bonus will be made according to the rules of the country.
If you would like to refer your friends for junior IT or junior/regular administrative positions, you are welcome to do so, but you will not receive a bonus.
