Victor Manuel Gonzalez MorenoVictor Moreno

Victor Moreno has spent the past 2 years working on ADAS in his current role of Software Engineer in the Driving Functions CoC, where he regularly tackles the challenges posed by the advancing technologies that enable autonomous driving. Powered by his love for solving problems, he spent 9 years in several fields of mathematics. This culminated in his PhD in Pure Mathematics from the Royal Holloway University of London.

Christian SynowiecChristian Synowiec - Team Architect

Christian Synowiec is Team Architect at Luxoft, responsible for Global Talent Management and Staffing of Autonomous Driving projects. He joined Luxoft following the acquisition of Objective Software GmbH in 2018, where he was HR Manager in addition to being Managing Director of Objective Software in Poland. He was responsible also for Talent Acquisition and having staffed projects all across Automotive, Christian build a strong understanding of the technical requirements in Automotive and what skills potential candidates need to have to be successful in the Autonomous Drive area.

Aditya PendharkarAditya Pendharkar – Team Lead Cloud Engineering COM

Computer Science graduate with more than 18 years’ experience in developing data-centric solutions with .NET technologies. Over the last 6 years my focus has been designing and implementing solutions for the Microsoft Azure cloud. At Luxoft, I am primarily responsible for defining blue print architectures around the Microsoft Connected Vehicle Platform (MCVP) targeted at tackling the varied challenges that OEMS face while designing a truly connected vehicle experience.

Other areas of keen interest and knowledge include researching innovative solutions that utilize Azure Cognitive service and IoT to provide innovative solutions targeted at the automotive domain.

Wolfgang MünstWolfgang Münst

Wolfgang has worked as a department lead for automotive security projects and team lead for automotive embedded series development projects. His presentation originates from the work he undertook during the three years he was an autonomous driving researcher at a premium OEM. Currently, he is working as a management consultant for the Software Functions CoC in the Autonomous Driving division.

Jitka SteinmetzJitka Steinmetz

Based in Munich, Jitka has been Luxoft Germany Managing Director since March 2019. Jitka joined Luxoft after serving 8 years at McKinsey & Company, as a Central Europe Director of Operations at the latest. She graduated in Computer Science, Linguistics and Psychology at the TU Berlin and her original background is a founder and CEO of worldwide leading professional service company. At Luxoft, Jitka is responsible for all local operations of Luxoft in Germany.
