Project Description
Luxoft is involved in a fast growing number of AUTOSAR Adaptive projects with our world-wide clients. The scope ranges from porting and integrating existing applications to C++/adaptive API, creation of OEM-specific adaptive middleware services and build chains, towards test automation and continuous integration for several operating systems and SoCs.

- Represent Luxoft in the AUTOSAR Consortium, participate in consortium meetings (feature teams, task forces, etc.), manage Luxoft contributions into AUTOSAR Adaptive specification and code base / demonstrator implementation
- Analyze community and market trends around AUTOSAR Adaptive, seek partnership opportunities, co-define Luxoft’s AUTOSAR Adaptive strategy

Skills Required
- M.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar education
- Experience expected
o 5+ years commercial SW development
o 3+ years C++ software development under Linux or QNX
o 2+ years participating in standardization forums/committees or open-source software projects and successfully influencing others to achieve objectives
- Practical knowledge expected
o agile development (as PO or SCM)

As System Architect you will define the overall system / software architecture with focus on the architectural design decisions and design principles that apply to the system as a whole and/or are key for the system as such.

You will be leading work around architecture, design and documentation of interfaces etc. and supporting product owners and teams to follow architectural decisions taken on their daily work. You will be a part of the overall product quality work by defining needed guidelines for design and coding, together with teams.

Skills Required
Define overall system / software architecture with focus on the architectural design decisions and design principles that apply to the system as a whole and/or are key for the system as such. The role of the architect is mainly a supporting and coordinating role for the project organization. System Architect has the final mandate to take decision on architecture and he/she has a responsibility for the quality of the design work done by the teams within the project organization. Works independently. Excellent communication skills, including fluent in English.

Mandatory Experience:
* SW development background and years of first-hand experience
* Experience in working with Open Source communities and embedded Linux
* Experience from software development and architecture on Automotive. Especially IVI systems.

Experience from the following is meriting:
• Experience with automotive software modelling tools and software architectures and standards e.g. AUTOSAR, Genivi, etc. and with Automotive SPICE, CMM, or other software development process models.
• Knowledge of software planning methods and the ability to use them effectively
• Hands on experience in Linux and Qt/Qml.
• Genivi and open source components.
• Ability to communicate advanced and complex concepts and ideas persuasively and concisely to all levels of the business

Project Description
You will be working in close co-operation with development team(s) and support their work by focusing on the building and testing environments. In your role as a tools&automation engineer you are expected to contribute to the development of CI and CD systems and provide an integral part of what make the team produce high-quality software with little manual overhead.

As a Tools & Automation Engineer you will be responsible to setup, configure and maintain the Continuous Integration- and software delivery systems infrastructure. You are expected to embrace the mindset of agile development and take responsibility for the end-product being developed. Project Description
Currently we are looking for Sales Director Automotive responsible for Nordic region. The Sales Director is accountable for managing all key front-end related activities of Automotive Line of Business (LOB) as sales, business development and strategic account management in the region.
In this role you will cover all account & sales activities, report to the Global Sales Director and will work closely with other senior members of the automotive management team, from service delivery, product development and marketing.

• Manage Sales and business development activities across Automotive practice in the region
• Build and lead the sales organization and expand the customer portfolio to meet the company’s strategic growth targets
• Develop and execute new approaches and opportunities for expanding customer base
• Lead the client acquisition process and work closely with the respective delivery units to drive the RFI/RFP process
• Leverage existing service offerings and relationships to expand Automotive practice into new accounts

• Be accountable for operational/financial metrics and overall business results of the front-end organization:

Skills Required

• Extensive experience of selling software development services to Automotive OEM-s (Ford, GM, BMW etc.) and TIER1-s (such as Harman, Delphi, Panasonic, Continental etc.).
• Working knowledge of modern automotive technologies.
• Good understanding of Automotive industry ecosystem and an existing contact network
• Understanding of contemporary IT technologies and platforms, product development lifecycle, software development methodologies is a plus
