Riccardo is a Senior Software Engineer at Luxoft, in the field of Autonomous Drive. He is also the Technical Chapter Lead for the internal community of C++ developers. During his career, he worked in various fields such as Robotics, Banking and Automotive.

Zsolt was born into a family of engineers and was into programming since elementary school. By the time he went to secondary school, Zsolt was creating simple CRM software for small businesses.
In 2005 his interest turned to the measurement of software quality and the coaching of engineers by doing lightweight code reviews. He realized that the existing practice and toolset for assuring and measuring code quality are mainly based on old electrical engineering practices and are inadequate to cover the different needs of software development.
He has pioneered the research of new, more efficient ways to guarantee quality source code and was a founding member of GE's Software Center of Excellence.
Zsolt’s position in Luxoft is a Senior Architect for AUTOSAR Adaptive and a consultant for C++ matters.

She is senior recruiter from Luxoft, and has been part of company's recruitment team for 2 years. Maria will explain hiring process in Luxoft in general, but also discuss active vacancies in Serbia in area of C/C++ specializations.
