How does the standard recruitment process look like?

The first stage of the recruitment process is a short introductory interview, during which the recruiter will tell you about the general conditions and job opportunities at Luxoft Poland. Then you will receive an invitation to a technical interview, which will verify your knowledge and experience. After successfully passing this stage, there is an interview with the manager and, at the very end, with the client. The time and sequence of meetings may change depending on the project.

When I start working on B2B, can I switch to an employment contract after some time?

Yes, an employment contract is the preferred form of employment, which is why we make it possible for people employed on B2B to make such a change. However, it does not work for the other direction, which means that switching from an employment contract to B2B is not possible.

What if my project ends?

Our managers, knowing that a project is coming to an end, are internally looking for another project for each team member.
