The first stage of the recruitment process is a short introductory interview, during which the recruiter will tell you about the general conditions and job opportunities at Luxoft Poland. Then you will receive an invitation to a technical interview, which will verify your knowledge and experience. After successfully passing this stage, there is an interview with the manager and, at the very end, with the client. The time and sequence of meetings may change depending on the project.

Recruitment interviews are held in an online format. Before the interview with the client, there may be an offer to meet in person, but this is uncommon. We don’t usually require candidates to have in-person interviews.

We always try to be flexible in our approach. We take into account the preferences of candidates and differences in time zones.

We always try to share the result of the interview as soon as possible.

You will have a dedicated team who will take care of you from the very beginning of the process until the end.

Being employed on an employment contract at Luxoft Poland, you will receive a private medical care package (including dental care), access to Multicafeteria, a training base, and much more.

There is a possibility to use parallel processing at Luxoft Poland and this increases your chances of getting an offer. Your dedicated team can help match your profile with another project.

The answer to this question depends on the form of employment. All employees hired on a contract of employment receive work equipment from us. With B2B contracts, on the other hand, this is not practiced unless a project requires it.

Yes, an employment contract is the preferred form of employment, which is why we make it possible for people employed on B2B contracts to make such a change. However, this does not work the other way around — you can’t switch from an employment contract to a B2B contract.

Our managers, knowing that a project is coming to an end, are internally looking for another project for each team member. It is also possible to go through an upskilling procedure to be retrained in a particular technological process, or to take part in the Internal Mobility program, which allows you to change positions, projects, or even departments or the country you want to work from.

Yes, you can do it even if you are not employed by our company! We accept referrals through our referral platform. You can find the rules of the program here.

Relocation for career reasons is a particularly challenging situation, so in the section below you will find answers to the most common questions related to the relocation process at Luxoft Poland.

Yes, relocating to Poland is possible but not for every project and not for all positions. If your application is successful, ask your recruiter for more detailed information if this is something you are interested in.

According to Polish law, we can only employ people remotely if they are permanent residents within the territory of Poland.

The available relocation package is different depending on the position you are applying for and the country you come from.

No, we can only transfer salaries to Polish banks.

You will receive a type D visa for 1 year and a work permit for 2 years.

Yes, he/she will also receive a visa, but in order to be able to work in Poland, your spouse's future employer will need to issue a work permit (exception: Visa with Poland Business Harbor endorsement).

If your cooperation with Luxoft Poland continues, you will be able to apply for a residence and work permit for the next 3 years, which will allow you to stay and work legally in Poland.

The work permit is prepaid by Luxoft Poland, while the cost of applying for a visa will be refunded to the employee after arriving in Poland (if it is included in the offer letter).
