Find out how to use soft skills to move up the career ladder and what managers pay special attention to when recruiting and promoting members of their teams. During the presentation, I will tell you what you should bet on while building your skills, what opportunities for vertical and horizontal development await employees of IT organisations, and additionally I will share my professional history and valuable experience accumulated over 8 years in the industry.
