The WLAN Function Owner is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and governing the delivery of WLAN features across the product. The role aligns stakeholder and customer requirements into a clear WLAN roadmap and backlog, provides technical leadership for complex WLAN topics, and ensures that features are properly planned, understood, tested, and delivered. The Function Owner works closely with delivery teams, the customer co-Function Owner, and partner teams to ensure WLAN functionality meets business, technical, and quality expectations, different levels of requirements, and Target HW.

Leading the definition of Features and User Stories for the Product Backlog

Maintain the product backlog, prioritizing and defining requirements while keeping a strong focus on security, reliability, stability, and scalability of the developed services

Leading the teams planning sessions

Support teams in understanding the features being defined in the Product Backlog

bullet icon

Make sure the high-level plan is aligned with customer needs and accepted by the stakeholder

bullet icon

Lead identification of dependencies between features and maintain a visualization of system's anatomy

Ensure profitability, Return of Investment (ROI) for the feature set being part of the Product Backlog

bullet icon

Lead the communication of milestone planning aspects, milestone goals and feature scope to team members

Collaborating with other feature development teams within the client's account and partner organizations to align about their contribution to team's features

Skills

Must have

Several years of experience in the automotive environment

Knowledge of automotive SW development

Knowledge of ASPICE/KGAS and cyber security processes

Proven track record of delivering complex solutions

Nice to have

Strong analysis and problem-solving skills

Experience working with cross functional teams

Experience systematically analyzing problems, drawing relevant conclusions, and devising appropriate courses of action
