We are seeking an experienced Web Data Analyst for the Marketing Data Hub Initiative. This initiative will consolidate data from our diverse Marketing Technology (MarTech) stack into the Enterprise Data Warehouse (Snowflake) using Adverity as the ETL solution and visualize data through Tableau dashboards.

The Web Data Analyst will report to the Data and Analytics Manager, Marketing Hub and will oversee Adobe Analytics administration for our websites They will work closely with the web development team for tagging, QA and maintaining the data layer as new pages and features are added to the sites.

This role is essential for providing accurate, consistent web data for enterprise dashboards and maximizing data value with a robust data model.

Responsibilities

Adobe Analytics administration:

Manage and maintain Adobe Analytics components to deliver consistent web performance reporting.

Grant access for new users in accordance with internal and external access guidelines.

Create templates for all users to easily create self serve dashboards and analysis

Monitor platform usage and licensing to ensure compliance with contractual thresholds.

Web Data Layer Maintenance:

Work with web developers to implement and maintain Tealium tagging, ensuring accurate tracking of behavioral and ecommerce metrics.

Advise site experience and web marketing teams on tracking new site pages, navigation, and features.

Continuously monitor data quality, enforcing governance standards and optimal reporting.

Analytics Reporting

Create Adobe Analytics dashboards as requested by stakeholders for campaigns, pages and features with focus on answering business questions.

a) Create custom segments in Adobe Analytics to create clear and comprehensive reporting

b) Create custom metrics as needed by stakeholders to report on products and web features

As needed or alerted, create Adobe Analytics dashboard reports to assess issues such as error spikes, ecommerce dropoffs and other issues and report the results to management and web issues channels to ensure these issues are addressed.

Working with the BG's support A/B testing with custom reporting in Adobe Analytics

Data Integration and Stewardship

Use the Adobe Analytics API connector to create custom datastreams in Adverity, ensuring comprehensive data availability for Snowflake tables.

Partner with BI developers to support ETL development, including query and table relationship assessments.

Contribute to sprint planning, prioritizing analytics-related tickets.

Troubleshoot data stream interruptions and resolve data quality issues.
