This role requires a Testing professional to lead QA activities for regulatory reporting systems in capital markets. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance of reporting solutions through structured test planning, execution, and defect management. The position combines strong QA leadership with deep knowledge of trade regulatory reporting workflows and offers scope for ownership and delivery management at a program level. Experience with the Broadridge Trade Regulatory Reporting platform will be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead QA delivery for trade regulatory reporting projects at a program level.

Design, prepare, and execute test cases covering functional, regression, and UAT phases.

Validate data accuracy and completeness across upstream, downstream, and reporting systems.

Oversee the defect lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis.

Collaborate with development, business, and operations teams for issue clarification and resolution.

Manage test planning, execution, and reporting cycles aligned with regulatory submission timelines.

Provide clear QA status reporting and proactively highlight risks or delivery gaps.

Mentor QA teams, assign tasks, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Skills

Must have

bullet icon

8+ years of QA experience, including leadership in regulatory reporting testing.

bullet icon

Strong understanding of EMIR, MiFID II, SFTR, and Dodd-Frank frameworks.

bullet icon

Good knowledge of trade reporting data flow and validation processes.

bullet icon

Proven ability to manage QA delivery across multiple workstreams.

bullet icon

Hands-on experience in test planning, execution, and defect management.

bullet icon

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

bullet icon

Experience with the Broadridge Trade Regulatory Reporting platform is a major plus.

Expertise in dependency management across multiple testing streams.

Strong ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks within the QA team.

Proven experience in managing test deliverables and team coordination effectively.
