The Accounts Reconciliation and Controls (ARC) program aims to deliver a robust, high-quality testing and assurance capability aligned with business outcome-driven technology changes. The role focuses on embedding quality engineering practices across the full delivery lifecycle, with strong emphasis on SIT, UAT, automation, performance, and resilience testing. The objective is to ensure reliable, scalable, and compliant solutions that meet both technology and business expectations.

Responsibilities

Estimate and execute testing efforts for features and user stories across the ARC platform.

Design and build test cases in collaboration with Business Analysts and Product Owners.

Execute system testing, SIT, and UAT using an automation first approach.

Act as custodian of the end to end testing framework, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.

Validate performance, scalability, and reliability of services prior to release.

bullet icon

Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts.

bullet icon

Leverage Curser AI and modern testing frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

Ensure readiness for go live activities by providing fully approved Test Summary Reports.

Reduce defect leakage and improve delivery confidence through effective automation and quality controls.

Skills

Must have

5+ Years experience in a similar role.

bullet icon

Strong experience in quality engineering and testing within Agile delivery environments.

bullet icon

Hands-on experience with system testing, SIT, and UAT execution.

bullet icon

Proven capability in test case design, test execution, and defect management.

bullet icon

Experience with test automation frameworks and automation first testing approaches.

bullet icon

Working knowledge of Curser AI, QTest, and enterprise testing tools used for quality engineering.

Solid understanding of performance, scalability, and resilience testing principles.

Ability to work closely with business and technology stakeholders to validate requirements and outcomes.

Nice to have

Experience in financial services or banking technology programs.
