We are inviting your organization to qualify its ability to provide test management services for our Treasury 4.0 (TRE 4.0) program. We are seeking an alternative delivery partner to the current incumbent for the remaining test phases. We want to appoint people who have run this kind of testing before on comparable financial-systems programmes - not generalists

Responsibilities

Own the functional test management end to end

bullet icon

conceptual design, coordination of execution, governance and reporting

bullet icon

so that the business can prepare and run the tests against a controlled, risk-based plan. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

bullet icon

Conceptual test design: own/refine the test strategy, stages and types, and the risk-based testing and traceability methodology.

bullet icon

Oversee scenario-catalogue and test-case creation by PwC; coordinate test-case structures, templates and scripts; review completeness and consistency of all artefacts.

bullet icon

Assemble and consolidate test cases, scenarios, plans and execution waves; ensure full RTM traceability from requirements to scenarios to execution; run the final readiness/entry-gate check.

Coordinate execution across SIT, BFT, E2E, UAT and regression: align SMEs, testers and vendor teams on scope; ensure environments, data and access are ready.

Own the master test schedule and execution calendar; manage dependencies across testing streams, adjust test plan in response to defects; run coordination meetings.

Track progress, coverage and plan adherence; escalate to vendor teams on defect turnaround and to SE management where remediating action is needed; assure evidence quality and maintain a single source of truth.

Run the defect process and daily triage; coordinate retests and regression cycles; ensure compliance and handle escalations.

Produce structured status and KPI reports; provide phase-closure forecasts from defect discovery rate/density and execution progress; deliver Go/No-Go recommendations to leadership.

Own interaction with the external auditors assuring test coverage and execution.

Skills

Must have

Demonstrable test management leadership on large, integrated, multi-vendor programmes;

bullet icon

wnership of the SIT/E2E/UAT lifecycle; risk-based testing and RTM traceability;

bullet icon

defect governance and daily triage in Jira (Zephyr);

bullet icon

coordinating execution across SI, SME and business testers;

bullet icon

KPI reporting and Go/No-Go recommendations.

Nice to have

Highly desirable: Testing of financial systems (financial services, ERP-integrated or payments platforms).

bullet icon

Desirable: Corporate treasury domain (cash, payments, FX, hedging, accounting); exposure to FIS Quantum / FIS Trax.
