The Finance Market solutions team requires a Test Automation Lead to work on NeoBanking Project.

Responsibilities

Lead QA Engineering Initiatives:

Design and build custom QA engineering tools and frameworks to accelerate quality automation across teams.

bullet icon

Drive shift-left quality practices, enabling developers to perform integration and automation testing early in the SDLC through self-service tooling.

Automation & Tooling:

bullet icon

Architect and develop advanced test automation frameworks beyond traditional UI-based automation.

bullet icon

Build tools for test evidence collection, reporting, and end-to-end traceability of requirements.

bullet icon

Implement continuous integration and continuous testing pipelines tightly integrated with CI/CD systems.

bullet icon

· Performance Testing Expertise

bullet icon

Lead performance testing efforts and create custom performance testing tools, leveraging and extending frameworks like Gatling to meet specific business needs.

Cloud-Native QA Practices:

Implement QA solutions tailored for cloud-native environments.

Leverage technologies like Kubernetes (K8s), Docker, and microservices architectures to enable scalable and robust quality engineering practices.

Collaboration & Leadership:

Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate quality processes and tools seamlessly into their workflows.

Mentor and guide QA engineers and developers on best practices for testing and automation.

Skills

Must have

10+ years of experience in QA Engineering with a focus on test automation and tooling development.

bullet icon

Strong software engineering skills in languages like Java, Scala.

bullet icon

Experience in Investment Banking Project

bullet icon

Proven experience building in-house QA tools and frameworks for integration, system, and performance testing.

bullet icon

Solid experience with performance testing tools (e.g., Gatling, JMeter) and extending them with custom capabilities.

bullet icon

Experience with web automation frameworks like Playwright, and mobile test automation frameworks (e.g., Appium, Detox)

bullet icon

Expertise in cloud-native technologies: Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and experience testing microservices architectures.

Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps workflows, and infrastructure as code.

bullet icon

Strong focus on end-to-end requirements traceability and tooling for evidence tracking and reporting.

Experience in driving shift-left testing practices and enabling self-service quality automation for development teams.

Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to influence technical direction and quality culture across teams.
