Implementation Temenos Transact core banking platform to support the Bank’s strategic transformation objectives and operational requirements. The initiative will deliver an integrated, scalable, and future-ready solution that enhances operational efficiency, strengthens financial and regulatory capabilities, improves data management and reporting, and provides a solid foundation for sustainable business growth and ongoing modernization.

Responsibilities

The Temenos Integration Lead / Development Lead is responsible for the technical design, development, and delivery of integrations and custom components across the Temenos Transact solution. The role provides technical leadership, governs development standards, coordinates development activities, and ensures that technical deliverables are secure, scalable, supportable, and aligned with the overall solution architecture.

Lead the technical design and delivery of integrations and custom developments across the Temenos Transact solution.

Define integration and development standards, design principles, delivery processes, and technical governance.

Translate functional and integration requirements into technical specifications and implementation designs.

Coordinate the development of interfaces between Temenos Transact and external systems, including channels, payment platforms, reporting solutions, and enterprise applications.

Lead and coordinate the development team, allocate activities, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of technical components.

Review technical designs, source code, configuration, and deployment artefacts to ensure quality and compliance with agreed standards.

Oversee the development of APIs, services, interfaces, enquiries, reports, routines, and other Temenos extensions.

Manage technical dependencies, risks, issues, defects, and required remediation activities.

Coordinate integration, system, performance, and regression testing, including the resolution of technical defects.

Support environment management, release planning, deployment, cutover, and production stabilization.

Ensure appropriate technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and handover to support teams.

Skills

Must have

Extensive experience of 10 years in Temenos Transact integration and development.

Strong knowledge of Temenos technical architecture, data structures, services, and development frameworks.

Hands-on experience with:

TAFJ and Java

Temenos Integration Framework

Temenos APIs and web services

OFS and message-based integrations

Version routines, enquiries, reports, and local developments

Experience designing and implementing REST, SOAP, file-based, batch, and event-driven integrations.

Strong understanding of integration patterns, interface security, error handling, monitoring, and reconciliation.

Experience with middleware, API management, messaging, and enterprise service integration platforms.

Knowledge of source control, build management, automated deployment, and release management practices.

Experience leading technical teams and coordinating delivery across multiple workstreams and vendors.

Strong troubleshooting, code review, defect analysis, and performance optimization skills.

Experience supporting system integration testing, user acceptance testing, cutover, go-live, and production stabilization.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, technical documentation, and team leadership skills.
