We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Temenos FCM Technical Consultant to join our team. As a Temenos FCM Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the Temenos Financial Crime Mitigation solution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and system administrators, to ensure the successful implementation and integration of the Temenos FCM platform.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the Temenos FCM solution.

Implement and configure the Temenos FCM platform based on the defined requirements and design specifications.

Customize and extend the Temenos FCM solution to meet specific business needs.

Integrate the Temenos FCM platform with other banking systems and data sources.

bullet icon

Conduct data mapping and data transformation activities to ensure seamless data flow between the Temenos FCM solution and other systems.

Perform system testing and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the functionality and performance of the Temenos FCM solution.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues related to the Temenos FCM platform.

Collaborate with developers and system administrators to ensure the proper deployment and maintenance of the Temenos FCM solution.

Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices related to financial crime mitigation and regulatory compliance.

Document technical specifications, system configurations, and user guides for the Temenos FCM solution.

Defining solutions, estimating development and operational costs while reviewing existing processes to propose improvement.

Skills

Must have

bullet icon

5+ years of experience with Temenos FCM

bullet icon

Temenos Certification in FCM

bullet icon

Proficiency with Design studio workbench application

bullet icon

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and frameworks, such as AML, KYC, and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF)

bullet icon

Understanding of data privacy and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR)

bullet icon

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

bullet icon

Strong communication and collaboration abilities

bullet icon

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

bullet icon

Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices

bullet icon

Undertake or assist with ad-hoc project work , providing technical analysis and workflow refinement recommendation.
