1.Program Leadership & Delivery
Own end‑to‑end program planning, execution, tracking, and reporting
Define program scope, objectives, success metrics, and timelines
Drive alignment across engineering, product, operations, and business teams
Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; implement mitigation strategies
Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities
Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for program communication
Facilitate cross‑functional meetings, steering committees, and executive updates
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Translate technical details into clear business language for leadership
Process & Governance
Establish and maintain program governance frameworks
Implement best practices for planning, execution, and reporting
Drive continuous improvement across processes, tools, and workflows
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security, and regulatory requirements
Data‑Driven Decision Making
Track KPIs, OKRs, and program performance metrics
Prepare dashboards, reports, and insights for leadership
Use data to drive prioritization, resource allocation, and strategic decisions
Technical background, experience and understanding of project topics
Must have
5+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or similar roles
Proven track record delivering complex, multi‑team programs
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid)
Technical background, experience and understanding of project topics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills
Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in fast‑moving environments
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Nice to have
Experience in technology, cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise platforms
Certifications: PMP, PMI‑ACP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or equivalent
Experience working with distributed or global teams
Familiarity with budgeting, financial tracking, and resource planning
