Responsibilities

End‑to‑End Delivery Leadership

Take full ownership of delivery across strategic and tactical projects, from initial scoping through development, testing, deployment, and post‑implementation stabilisation.

Build and maintain delivery plans, ensuring clear sequencing, prioritisation, and alignment with business outcomes.

Drive progress across multiple technical and change teams, removing blockers and ensuring momentum.

Maintain oversight of dependencies, ensuring all moving parts are aligned across programmes and product areas.

Risk, Stakeholder & Reporting Management

Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and cross‑team dependencies.

Engage with stakeholders across business, technology, architecture, and leadership levels, ensuring consistent communication and alignment.

Produce accurate and timely delivery reporting, including financials, milestones, resourcing, and risks.

Skills

Must have

10+ years of experience in IT, with strong experience leading delivery across complex, multi-team technology projects.

Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end delivery, including discovery, planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-release performance.

Proven capability in risk management, stakeholder management, and delivery reporting, with clear communication across both business and technical audiences.

bullet icon

Prior hands-on development or technical engineering experience (in any modern language or platform) that enables informed decision-making and effective engagement with engineers.

Strong understanding of software development processes, architecture fundamentals, and system integration concepts.

Experience working with geographically distributed teams and driving delivery in environments with shifting priorities.

Ability to quickly understand complex systems, technical challenges, and delivery impacts.
