Currently we are growing for our Swedish customers and are looking for Automotive scripting engineers with knowledge in build system to join our team. You will be part of our growing organization in Sweden and will be part of developing next generation systems for the Automotive industry in the era of connected, autonomous, electric vehicles.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Infotainment Tech Lead to join our team and contribute to the development and validation of complex embedded systems within the Automotive Infotainment domain. The ideal candidate will be also familiar with automated testing using Python and PyTest, with a solid understanding of Linux environments and CI/CD workflows.

Develop and integrate automotive software features across infotainment and connectivity systems

Translate system requirements and architecture into working software solutions

Collaborate closely with system architects, testers, and cross-functional teams

bullet icon

Drive feature development through the V-model lifecycle (design → implementation → validation)

Skills

Must have

Education & Experience:

bullet icon

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

bullet icon

At least 5 years of experience in software development, with multiple years specifically in embedded Android development (Native C/C++ and Java)

bullet icon

Proven experience in Android development for automotive or mobile platforms, including OS Porting and Bring-Up

bullet icon

Technical Skills — Android:

bullet icon

Deep understanding of Android System Architecture (AOSP level)

bullet icon

Hands-on experience with Android SDK, NDK, JNI, and HIDL

bullet icon

Familiarity with Android Application Framework and Design Patterns (MVP, MVVM)

bullet icon

Knowledge of Android Automotive OS and its specific platform requirements

bullet icon

Understanding of Android platform procedures (build system, OTA, HAL layers, etc.)

bullet icon

Technical Skills — Embedded & Automotive:

Experience in automotive software development within embedded environments

bullet icon

Knowledge of AUTOSAR concepts and their role in automotive software stacks

bullet icon

Experience with tools such as CarWeaver / SystemWeaver for requirement and system design

Infotainment system knowledge

Architecture & Design:

bullet icon

Strong understanding of system architecture and software integration across hardware and software layers

Ability to create and maintain Requirement Specifications and Functional Design documents

Tooling & Process:

Proficient with Jira (project tracking), Gerrit (code review), and Android Studio (development)

Knowledge of Software Planning Methods (e.g., agile, iterative planning) and ability to apply them effectively

Communication & Documentation:

Communicates clearly in English (fluent), both verbally and in writing

Produces accurate, thorough test documentation and reports

Collaboration & Leadership:
