We are seeking a team manager to head part of our team of Automotive engineers located in Gothenburg, Sweden. This role combines technical leadership, customer engagement, business development, and operational delivery.
The successful candidate will drive growth by managing and expanding our engineering engagements with existing customers, ensuring high-quality service delivery across the entire project lifecycle and drive the stffing projects successfully.
In addition, the role includes local team leadership and close collaboration with global delivery units and corporate functions to maximize efficiency and business impact.

Proven experience in end‑to‑end project management, including planning, estimation, tracking, and reporting of complex technical projects. Solid experience in risk and issue management.

Automotive Engineering Expertise

The candidate should understand engineering processes, product development life cycles, and software/hardware integration. This expertise will be essential in ensuring technical credibility during customer interactions and in evaluating delivery feasibility and solution design.
