Our client, a leading manufacturer of high-end household appliances, is expanding into new smart product lines. As part of this strategic initiative, a large-scale global program is being implemented across the company's IP portfolio. This includes the development of new embedded software, enhancements to cloud infrastructure.
We are seeking an IoT Embedded Test Automation Engineer with strong hands‑on experience in testing connected devices, prototype hardware, and mobile apps (iOS/Android).

Responsibilities

Analyze product and app requirements; design and execute test scenarios.

Create, maintain, and run test cases based on requirements and SW architecture.

Build and support test environments for embedded devices and mobile apps.

Perform manual, integration, and regression testing across HW/FW/App.

Automate tests using Python, Appium, and Selenium.

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

bullet icon

Register, track, reproduce, and verify defects.

bullet icon

Flash, restore, and troubleshoot prototype hardware and development boards.

Build and maintain automated test rigs (Arduino, Teensy, Raspberry Pi).

Work with soldering, measurement tools, and basic electrical diagnostics.

Support continuous unattended test environments.

Skills

Must have

Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar field.

bullet icon

5+ years of IoT embedded product testing experience.

bullet icon

Solid Python automation background.

bullet icon

Experience with Appium, Selenium, and CI/CD tools.

Familiarity with JIRA or similar tracking systems.

bullet icon

Hands-on experience flashing, restoring, and debugging prototype hardware.

bullet icon

Ability to work with microcontrollers, lab tools, and HW/SW interfaces.

Strong communication, analytical thinking, and teamwork skills.

Willingness for extended business travel or up to 1‑year relocation.
