We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Data Modeller to lead the delivery of a strategic data warehouse and integration programme built on Snowflake. This is a high-impact role responsible for orchestrating a complex, multi-stream initiative that underpins our portfolio management platform used by global asset managers.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams spanning data engineering, architecture, product, and client delivery, ensuring the programme is delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Determine the appropriate representation for each trade type and ensure a standardised data model that can be applied

Drive AI usage within the program

Build a view of the upstream and downstream systems and their required usage of data

Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders across technology, product, and client teams

Facilitate workshops to gather and refine business and data requirements

Skills

Must have

Domain Experience

Proven experience in complex capital market projects

Experience delivering data warehouse or data platform initiatives

Data & Technology Awareness

Solid understanding of modern data architectures, including cloud data warehouses (e.g. Snowflake)

Familiarity with data engineering concepts (ETL/ELT, pipelines, APIs, data modelling)

Ability to engage effectively with architects and engineers without needing to be hands-on

Strong understanding of a broad range of financial instruments across FX, MM, IRD, EQD

Knowledge of SAP

Delivery Methodologies

Strong experience with Agile methodologies and tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence)

Ability to operate in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments where needed
