Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable applications using C#/.NET and Angular

bullet icon

Enhance and extend existing functionality based on user feedback and evolving business needs

bullet icon

Develop complex business logic and analytical calculations to support capital usage and scenario modeling workflows

bullet icon

Build and maintain interactive data visualizations, reports, and charts

bullet icon

Develop and integrate REST/HTTP-based services and messaging solutions where required

bullet icon

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues while ensuring high application availability and performance

bullet icon

Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives

bullet icon

Work closely with a small, cross-functional team to deliver high-quality software

Ensure software quality through unit testing, integration testing, and adherence to engineering best practices

Skills

Must have

Minimum 7 years of software engineering experience, preferably within the hedge fund or financial services industry

bullet icon

Deep expertise in C#/.NET

bullet icon

At least 4 years of frontend development experience

bullet icon

Strong knowledge of Angular and TypeScript, with hands-on experience within the last 3 years

Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures

bullet icon

Deep understanding of object-oriented design and programming (OOD/OOP)

bullet icon

Solid knowledge of SOLID principles and design patterns

bullet icon

Experience with multi-threaded and concurrent programming

bullet icon

Proven ability to design, build, and support scalable, high-availability applications in production environments

Strong passion for backend architecture and application development, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
