We are seeking an experienced Network Project Manager / Client Connectivity Manager to join a specialist Electronic Trading Infrastructure team supporting Cash Equities clients across APAC.
This is a hands-on role that combines project management, network design, client onboarding and trading infrastructure delivery. The successful candidate will lead client connectivity projects from initial design through implementation, working closely with exchanges, data centres, clients and internal technology teams.
Unlike traditional project management roles, this position requires strong technical networking expertise and practical involvement in solution design and delivery within a low-latency electronic trading environment.

Responsibilities

Own and manage a book of work comprising multiple concurrent infrastructure and connectivity initiatives

Translate business and IT strategy into prioritised delivery roadmaps and execution plans

Lead delivery of ultra-low-latency trading infrastructure across clients, trading systems, and exchange

venues

Act as primary delivery interface with stock exchanges, clients, vendors, and third parties

Work with aligned network and infrastructure teams to help make key decisions on the design of the

network architecture

Coordinate delivery of servers, network hardware, and supporting infrastructure components

Manage cross-program dependencies, delivery risk, governance, and executive reporting

Provide senior-level escalation management and operational readi

Skills

Must have

7+ years' experience delivering complex infrastructure initiatives

Demonstrated program management or portfolio / book-of-work ownership

Proven leadership of infrastructure programs including Co-Location buildouts

Experience with stock exchange infrastructure and network technologies

Strong senior stakeholder communication and influence

Strong networking and Linux knowledge

Industry Experience

Experience within Investment Banking, Electronic Trading, Financial Markets Infrastructure or Capital Markets Technology.

Strong understanding of electronic trading environments and market connectivity.

Experience supporting front-office trading businesses.

Familiarity with exchange connectivity and market infrastructure services.

Networking Expertise

Strong network infrastructure knowledge.

Experience with network design and implementation.

Data centre deployment and connectivity experience.

Cross-connect and co-location experience.

Firewall and network security fundamentals.

WAN/LAN and connectivity troubleshooting.

Project Management

Proven experience managing technical infrastructure projects.

Strong stakeholder and client management skills.

Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and vendors.

Ability to deliver complex technical initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

Electronic trading network infrastructure.

Exchange co-location environments.

Ultra-low latency trading networks.

Market data and trading connectivity platforms.

Broker, exchange or investment banking environments.

APAC market infrastructure and connectivity services.

Nice to have

Mandarin language skills advantageous for Hong Kong-based candidates.

Language capability is preferred but not essential for suitably qualified candidates.
