Responsibilities

Lead and own the overall ART/Product test solution aligned with program milestones and deliveries.

Define, drive, and maintain the ART-level test strategy in collaboration with solution and test architects.

Support development and feature teams in establishing and executing effective test plans.

Review and assess team test plans against program objectives and delivery milestones.

Coordinate test object requirements, environments, tools, and dependencies across teams.

bullet icon

Drive adoption of quality engineering and targeted quality assurance practices within the ART.

bullet icon

Manage test activities including planning, execution, defect management, reporting, follow-up, and risk management.

bullet icon

Establish and maintain test traceability, test inventory, and coverage metrics.

bullet icon

Provide guidance and coaching on test methodologies, analysis, execution cadence, and reporting practices.

bullet icon

Consolidate test results and provide program-level quality assessments.

bullet icon

Communicate quality status, risks, blockers, and recommendations to key stakeholders.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and test process transformation activities.

Support release readiness assessments and quality gate reviews.

Skills

Must have

The role requires advanced expertise in software testing and quality assurance, supported by a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. Candidates must demonstrate substantial experience leading testing efforts in various capacities, including Test Lead, Test Manager, Quality Lead, and ART Test Lead.
