We are seeking an experienced Python Developer with strong, hands‑on expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate is fully proficient in key GCP services — including BigQuery, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Run — and is capable of contributing from day one without a learning curve. Knowledge of PostgreSQL is a plus.
Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize Python-based applications running on GCP.
Work extensively with BigQuery, including performing efficient data read/write operations.
Build and maintain event‑driven solutions using Pub/Sub.
Deploy, scale, and monitor services using Cloud Run.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver reliable, scalable, cloud‑native solutions.
Ensure best practices around performance, security, and cloud architecture.
(Optional) Work with PostgreSQL for data modeling, queries, and integrations.
Skills
Must have
Proven experience as a Python Developer.
Strong hands‑on experience with GCP services (BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Cloud Run).
Ability to independently deliver production-ready solutions in GCP.
Solid understanding of cloud-native design patterns and distributed systems.
Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and version control (e.g., Git).
Nice to have
Experience with PostgreSQL.
Knowledge of data engineering concepts and performance optimization.
Familiarity with other GCP services or cloud automation tools.
