Product development for Data Center routing & switching platforms - Major Enterprise Networking equipment provider

Opportunities: Design and develop the latest Networking features and solutions, collaboration with an international team of professionals, working with the latest networking technologies and concepts, access to trainings.

Responsibilities

Work closely with functional engineering teams, test teams and customer solution engineering teams to design and develop feature functionality for data center networks, network security and routing technologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional and test teams to ensure the implementation meets end customer requirements for interoperability, performance, scalability, and security

Develop detailed system test plans

Develop system automation based on Customer topologies

Skills

Must have

Minimum of B.E./B.Tech/MCA in CS/EE/ECE/IT

5+ years of relevant industry experience in Networking/Telecom

Embedded/Network Management with hands-on experience in functional, system test and automation

Proven technical knowledge and experience in testing Data Center Network topologies

Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in test plan development and validating scalable data center network and network security solutions

Technical knowledge of Data Center Network

IP Fabric, VxLAN EVPN, Network Virtualization Framework

Technical knowledge of Network Security, and Routing Protocols (OSPF, ISIS BGP, Multicast)

Hands-on experience in developing test automation suites using Python or a similar scripting language

Experience in planning and building large scaled system test topologies with detailed knowledge of test automation tools and software test tools (Spirent, IXIA) and virtualization platforms such as VMware (vCenter, NSX), OpenStack and Linux OS variants such as Ubuntu, CentOS, KVM

Experience in performance, scale and convergence testing and analysing performance-related issues and improving the performance and convergence at system level

Ability to develop and publish solution validation document and test reports

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization: Product Management, Technical Marketing, Field Sales, Documentation and Development Team

Highly motivated and self-driven

Able to collaborate cross-functionally to meet challenging goals

Nice to have

GO Lang programming experience

Understanding of virtualization & cloud technologies (Virtual Machines, Containers, Kubernetes)
