Our Customer is a Leading bank in Australia that provides a front to back integrated platform for straight-through processing and risk management.
This is a multi-year initiative where different projects run in concurrence under the program's variety milestones. These streams include new product initiatives, new entity roll-outs, and regulatory compliance.
We will have key roles in projects such as managing the scope, design and delivering requirements from front to back office with Excelian.

We are looking for an experienced Release Lead to manage and coordinate end-to-end release activities across multiple teams. You should have strong knowledge of change management processes, experience working with cross-functional teams, and hands-on exposure to Jira and Confluence for tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the end-to-end release lifecycle, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Ensure strict adherence to the change management process, including change creation, approvals, and release governance.

Coordinate with multiple teams such as Development, QA, Operations, Business, and Infrastructure.

Act as a single point of contact for all release-related communications.

Work closely with business and technology teams with exposure to market-facing functions.

Create and maintain Jira dashboards to track release progress, risks, issues, and milestones.

Prepare and circulate regular status updates to stakeholders.

Use Confluence to document release plans, status reports, release notes, and post-release summaries.

Identify risks and dependencies early and drive mitigation plans.

Must have

6+ Years of relevant Strong understanding of Release Management and Change Management processes

Experience handling multiple teams and stakeholders
