We are seeking an experienced Murex Datamart & Reporting Consultant to join our Capital Markets team. The role involves providing functional and technical support for the Murex MX.3 platform, with a primary focus on Datamart, Reporting, Enterprise Risk, and production support. The consultant will work closely with Front Office, Risk, Back Office, Finance, and IT stakeholders to ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the Murex platform while supporting critical business operations.

Responsibilities

Support Front Office, Risk, Back Office, Finance, and IT users in resolving functional and technical issues.

Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within agreed SLAs.

Perform root cause analysis and recommend permanent fixes for recurring issues.

bullet icon

Develop, enhance, and maintain Murex Datamart reports and reporting solutions.

bullet icon

Support Enterprise Risk reporting, including VaR, P&L, and Stress Testing.

bullet icon

Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Murex batches, interfaces, SQL queries, and stored procedures to improve system performance.

Participate in release planning, deployment activities, and post-release validation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective support solutions.

Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements

Skills

Must have

bullet icon

12+ years of IT experience with at least 10 years of hands-on Murex experience.

bullet icon

Strong experience with Murex MX.3 platform.

bullet icon

Extensive experience in Murex Datamart and Reporting.

bullet icon

Strong experience in Murex production support (L1/L2/L3).

bullet icon

Good understanding of Front Office, Risk Management, and Back Office processes.

bullet icon

Hands-on experience with Enterprise Risk modules, including VaR and Stress Testing.

bullet icon

Strong SQL and PL/SQL development and performance tuning skills.

bullet icon

Experience in troubleshooting Murex batches, interfaces, and reporting issues.

bullet icon

Good understanding of Capital Markets products such as FX, Fixed Income, Money Markets, Repos, Interest Rate Derivatives, and Credit Derivatives.

Experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.

bullet icon

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

Murex 3T Certification or other Murex certifications.

Experience with MxML and Murex Environment Management.
